All students at Umeå University have access to IT support. You may get help with issues concerning e-mail, the wireless network, user account etc.

If you encounter problems or have questions during week days about our computer systems or IT services, you should contact ServiceDesk. Your matter will be handled during Monday-Friday between 8.30 and 16.30.

IT support during daytime at week days
You will find Service Desk/Stödcentrum in ITS ('Umdac', at the map) reception/shop, located at the ground floor in the MIT building. Phone and opening hours are Monday-Friday between 8.30-16.30, and the phone number is 090-786 63 00.
Please note - opening and phone hours during summer
Between 13 June and 5 August, the opening hours will be Monday-Friday between 09.00-11.00 and 12.00-14.00.
Phone hours will be between 08.30-11.00 and 12.00-16.00.
