During your studies, you have probably had thoughts about your career and how you can reach your goals. Contacts with the working lifte during your studies, active monitoring of the professional environment as well as an understanding of how you should present your qualifications, increases your chances of getting the job you want.
Career Centre can answer your qestions about the labour market, which jobs suits you and how you can shoose your career path. You can receive help with writing your CV and are offered courses in career planning.
If you are a student at Umeå School of Business (USBE) at Umeå University you can also turn to USBE:s Career Center to receive help with questions and contacts.
In the university’s alumni database you can find former students, alumni from Umeå University. If you are about to complete studies you are welcome to register in Alumninät.
You can, for example, search for alumni at a workplace that you would like to know more about or have contact with. Later on, when you have entered your working life, we would very much like to stay in contact with you, so don´t forget to update your personal information in the Alumni network now and then.
